Job summary

Mactech Inspection Ltd. seeks a Quality Engineer to support the HPC project in Somerset. You will contribute to contract quality assurance, develop control plans, and ensure supplier quality across the lifecycle from design through commissioning.

The role involves coordinating with the Quality Management Lead and MDT, and performing in-factory inspections across sites including the UK, France, or worldwide to ensure Right First Time delivery and compliance with project quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering quality management in large projects.
• Strong understanding of QA processes and documentation.
• Willingness to perform in-factory inspections across sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Project Quality Control Plans (PQCPs).
• Coordinate QA activities with QML, MDT and supply chain.
• Expedite audit findings and close effective corrective actions.
• Review LTQRs and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Perform in-factory inspections (UK, France or worldwide) as needed.
• Support End of Manufacturing Reports and EOMR reviews.
