Job Title: Project Planner (Contract)

Location: Bristol | Part-Time (3 days/week)

Initial 3-Month Contract (Potential for Extension up to 2 Years)

We are seeking an experienced Project Planner to support a major programme based in Bristol.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, own, and maintain NEC4-compliant construction project plans
2. Create and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
3. Produce resource profiles from detailed plans
4. Engage with subcontractors and support plan coordination across multiple stakeholders
5. NEC4 programme plan development and management
6. End-to-end construction planning experience, including RIBA/design stages
7. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project
8. Demonstrated ability to create and maintain complex project schedules
9. Familiarity with Primavera P6
10. Experience using CEMAR for contract and document management
11. Subcontractor management experience in a planning context
