Job summary

Ayesa Engineering - UK and Ireland invites applications for a Project Planner based in London to lead scheduling across major projects in the UK. You will develop and maintain complex programmes, coordinate with design and management teams, and forecast resources and costs to keep programmes on track.

The role requires a minimum of three years’ planning experience in UK/Ireland, strong CPM/scheduling knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ proven planning experience in UK/Ireland projects.
• Strong understanding of project controls, scheduling methodologies, and CPM scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain detailed project programmes.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure milestones are met.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and propose corrective measures.
• Provide accurate forecasting to support cost, resource, and delivery planning.
• Communicate programme performance to clients and senior management.
• Support completing tender exercises.
