We are looking for a Planner to join our Building team based in Tewkesbury, to contribute towards and co-ordinate the production of fully integrated programmes, phase sequence plans and method statements from bid stage through to final commissioning, handover and occupation stage. Whilst developing and maintaining a suite of associated project controls, and the monitoring and reporting against such control documents. All of this will be in line with bid and project requirements, including MEP service installations and commissioning.

Security Clearance
This role requires Cabinet Office security clearance. You should be aware that this has specific UK residency requirements of 5 years for SC or 10 years for DV; and any dual or multiple nationalities must be declared. Any persons who do not fulfil these residency requirements may be unable to obtain the required level of clearance and therefore would not be eligible to undertake the role. Candidates must be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance for the role.
