Job summary

BID Services Company in Lincolnshire is seeking a part-time Project Officer to join the Care Plus team. The role is 15 hours per week, on a permanent basis, supporting adults, children and young people with sensory impairment and related disabilities within Lincolnshire to improve quality of life.

You will manage support workers, ensure adherence to individual plans and promote independent living within the community.

We are seeking a Project Officer to join our Care Plus team in Lincolnshire. This role is for 15 hours per week.

• Supporting the Care Plus team that provides a range of services to adults, children and young people that have a sensory impairment and associated disabilities within the area of Lincolnshire to improve the quality of life of service users.
• Managing support workers who are working with sensory impaired service users in accordance with individual support plans, provide support to service users’ to encourage and promote independent living within the community
