This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building trusted relationships and turning plans into practical action on the ground.

Working with farmers, landowners, partner organisations and National Trust colleagues, you will play a key role in connecting people with the support, resources and opportunities available to help restore nature while maintaining productive and resilient farming businesses in the face of change.

This is a varied and outward-facing role, combining field visits, stakeholder engagement, project coordination, mapping and contractor management. No two days are the same, with opportunities to work across multiple farms and landscapes while contributing to meaningful environmental change.
