Job summary

Hafod Housing Association Limited in Cardiff is seeking a dedicated Project Night Worker to support young people in a shared accommodation setting. This 25-hour week role covers Saturday and Sunday evenings, offering frontline night-time support and a chance to contribute to a compassionate housing service in South Wales.

You will join a team delivering housing-related support, helping residents feel safe, supported, and able to work towards independence, while gaining training and growth

We're looking for compassionate, person-centred and resourceful people to join our team. You'll assist in the provision of a full range of support services to Young People with complex needs within a Supported Housing Project.

This role is 25 hours per week covering Saturday and Sunday evenings.

What you'll bring

Previous housing related support experience isn't essential, your compassion, reliability and desire to help others are what count. We'll teach you what you need, and you'll have the chance to complete a range of training and development activities to build your knowledge and practice toolkit.

If you're successful at the end of the recruitment process, we'll offer you the role and begin your pre-employment checks. This includes confirming your right to work and completing an enhanced DBS check, which we'll organise and pay for.

Our Support teams deliver housing related support services across South Wales, helping people live independently and prevent homelessness. We provide flexible, tailored support to meet individual needs, from managing money and maintaining tenancies to building confidence, skills and wellbeing.

We work across supported housing, floating support and specialist services, supporting a wide range of people including families, young people, older people and those with additional complex needs.
