Job description

VACANCY REF:

Shape the future of global data infrastructure.

We are seeking experienced construction professionals with a proven track record in the data centre sector to join a high-performing team based in Manchester and the North West. This is an exceptional opportunity to support world-class clients as they meet the surging global demand for data centre solutions, driven by the rise of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cloud technologies.

With multiple roles available — from Senior Project Manager through to Associate Director — you’ll have the opportunity to advance your career while delivering complex, high-profile projects in one of the world’s fastest-growing sectors.

Why join?

  • Be at the forefront of innovation, delivering critical infrastructure that underpins the digital world.
  • Accelerate your career with clear progression pathways and exposure to industry-leading clients and projects.
  • Work on cutting-edge projects — from hyperscale new builds to major upgrades and expansions — in a fast-paced, high-demand sector.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing the full project lifecycle of complex data centre developments, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.
  • Supporting clients in site selection, with a focus on power availability, renewables, and on-site generation solutions.
  • Driving efficient, effective delivery through strong programme and project management methodologies.
  • Unlocking value through robust cost management, procurement strategies, and supply chain management.
  • Applying digital tools and market-leading controls to ensure transparency, efficiency, and predictable outcomes.

What we’re looking for:

  • A degree (or equivalent qualification) in a construction-related discipline such as construction management, quantity surveying, civil engineering, or project management.
  • Proven experience gained within a property consultancy, project management firm, or client/developer side, working on data centre projects.
  • Strong knowledge of programme delivery, procurement, and commercial management in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
  • A deep understanding of the challenges of data centre delivery, particularly in relation to power, scalability, and sustainability.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for driving performance and innovation.

The opportunity:

Join a globally recognised, market-leading team with a reputation for excellence in the data centre sector. With salaries ranging from £60,000 to £90,000 + benefits DOE, you will have the opportunity to grow your career, broaden your experience, and play a key role in delivering the infrastructure that powers the digital economy.
