Job summary

Thames Water seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee Site Teams on several main contracts with a strong emphasis on the M&E elements of water schemes at pumping stations. You will plan works, liaise with the Commercial Team, and ensure delivery on time and within budget.

Travel to Thames Valley sites is required as works run from West London to Oxford. A top day rate outside IR35 with a long-term pipeline is on offer for an experienced candidate in the water sector.

Qualifications

• Experienced Project Manager within the Water sector.
• Working experience in the MEP side of water schemes.
• Willingness to travel to Thames Valley sites across West London to Oxford.

Job description

Due to the award of a number of Thames Water Main contracts, our client, a top Utility Contractor in the UK are looking for a Project Manager to oversee Site Teams on these works with a heavy emphasis on the M&E side of the Water schemes at Pumping Stations.

Daily duties will include Planning works, Liaison with the Commercial Team, Overseeing the Site Team to make sure the works are undertaken to time and budget and client liaison.

To be considered, you will be an experienced Project Manager within the Water sector and will have working experience in the MEP side of this. You will also be prepared to travel to sites in the Thames Valley area as their works go from West London out to Oxford.

In return, a top day rate is on offer which is Outside IR35 and comes with a long term contract with lots of work in the pipeline.
