Job Opportunity: Project Manager / Senior Site Agent - Water Division

Anderselite is currently collaborating with a tier 1 contractor seeking a Project Manager (or a Senior Site Agent ready to advance) to join their Water Division. Candidates must have experience working with tier 1 contractors and relevant Water industry expertise.

Location: Kingston area
Salary: £60-65k plus benefits

Key Duties:

1. Assume responsibility for the financial performance of each project.
2. Participate in monthly financial reviews with the Commercial Team.
3. Create and promote a 'knowingly safe' working environment.
4. Plan and coordinate projects prior to commencement.
5. Set up projects by initiating company systems and procedures.
6. Control and monitor the progress of works efficiently.
7. Liaise with the design team to ensure timely delivery of design outputs.
8. Maintain a culture focused on satisfying customer requirements.
9. Administer valuation systems to maximize cash flow and profitability.
10. Ensure quality standards are met through proper systems.
11. Plan and develop staff and operative levels to meet current and future workloads.
12. Monitor performance, providing encouragement, discipline, and feedback as needed.

About You:

• Experience with a Tier 1 contractor in a similar role is essential.
• Experience within the Water Industry is essential.
• Relevant qualifications such as ONC/HNC/B.Eng or NVQ are required.
