Job summary

Anson McCade Pty is supporting a leading global consultancy on a Project Manager contract for a central government transformation programme. The role requires ownership of the integrated programme plan, RAID management and governance across multiple workstreams in a hybrid London/Croydon setting.

You will coordinate dependencies, track milestones and escalate risks early while engaging stakeholders and facilitating governance workshops for a high-profile programme.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in transformation programmes.
• Experience managing integrated plans, critical paths and RAID logs.
• Excellent governance and reporting experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and complex dependencies.
• Central government experience desirable.
• Active SC Security Clearance is essential.
• Hybrid work with 1–3 days onsite in London/Croydon.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the integrated project plan, critical path and milestones.
• Own and maintain RAID logs, ensuring risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies are actively managed.
• Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams and manage programme dependencies.
• Maintain dependency tracking across the wider authority/programme environment.
• Produce milestone and delivery reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Identify delivery risks early and ensure escalation and mitigation.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and support effective programme governance.
• Work closely with delivery teams and senior stakeholders to maintain alignment across the programme.
