Job summary

Infront is seeking a proactive Project Manager to join the Services team to oversee customer onboarding, delivery governance, migrations and trainings. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams including Solution Consultants, Technical Consultants and IT Operations to drive on-time, within-scope outcomes and a smooth transition to business‑as‑usual support.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, professional services delivery, implementation management or similar delivery role.
• Proven ability to manage software implementation, onboarding, migration or change projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and client communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Own project planning and delivery for onboarding, implementation, migration and changes.
• Manage governance, risks, issues, actions and change requests with clear ownership.
• Coordinate internal teams and customer stakeholders across Services and IT operations.
• Lead project meetings, status updates and go-live activities.
• Ensure smooth transition into BAU support with documentation and readiness.
• Monitor project health, resources and timelines and escalate risks as needed.
• Contribute to process improvements and handover activities.
