Job summary

ASSA ABLOY is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple projects, ensuring delivery aligns with plans, budgets and quality targets. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, report progress to clients and management, and drive opportunities for business growth. Travel to customer sites may be required.

The role demands strong leadership, robust risk management, and excellent communication in a technical environment, with a focus on successful project delivery and governance.

Qualifications

• PRINCE2 or APM certification and proven project leadership in tech/engineering contexts.
• Strong leadership, conflict resolution and negotiation skills with excellent communication.
• Proficient at risk and issue management with flexible hours for delivery.
• Ability to build internal and client relationships for smooth execution.
• Capable reporting, handling confidential data and governance standards.
• IT skills including software installation, MS Office, databases (SQL) and networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain project plans, assign duties, manage P&L, track costs and change control.
• Act as single point of contact for clients and internal teams, chair reviews and report progress.
• Record time, forecast for invoicing and revenue recognition, support project transition to operations.
• Ensure time, cost and quality targets; manage risks and issues with contingency planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Tech Support and R&D to identify opportunities and drive growth; travel to customer sites as needed.
