Job summary

QVC Group in Knowsley, UK is seeking a Project Delivery Manager, Supply Chain, to lead the end-to-end delivery of supply chain and intralogistics projects across operations. This role is hybrid, onsite two days a week in Knowsley.

You will define requirements with stakeholders, manage budgets and timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, logistics and finance to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery that aligns with business benefits. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience within logistics, supply chain or intralogistics.
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies with tools such as Jira/Confluence/MS Project/MS Office.
• Degree-level education in industrial engineering, business IT, business administration with logistics focus.
• Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English with clear communication across a matrix organisation.

Where You'll Work

This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite in Knowsley, Liverpool two days a week.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of supply chain and intralogistics projects, ensuring successful implementation across all project phases, on time, within budget and aligned to intended business benefits

• Define, document and manage technical and non-technical project requirements in partnership with operational stakeholders, IT teams and external suppliers where required

• Create and maintain project budgets, timelines, governance materials and status reporting for managers, project sponsors and steering committees

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across areas such as logistics operations, IT and finance, ensuring clear communication, alignment and follow-through on actions and milestones

• Evaluate project ideas, support feasibility studies and concept development, and help shape innovative operational solutions within supply chain and logistics environments

What You'll Bring

• Proven project management experience withinlogistics, supply chain or intralogistics, with experience delivering projects across multiple business functions

• Strong knowledge ofWaterfall and Agile project methodologies, including tools such asJira, Confluence, MS Project and MS Office

• Degree-level education inindustrial engineering, business IT, business administration with a logistics focus, or equivalent relevant experience

• Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of a matrix organisation

• Fluency inEnglish, both written and spoken, with the ability to present clearly, influence stakeholders and drive progress in complex project environments
