Job Description:

Utilities Business based in the West Midlands is looking for a Project Manager to lead the implementation of SuccessFactors for this area of the business. This is an initial 12-month contract reporting to the Head of Change for this division. The environment is immature in their change journey, so experience in similar environments is preferred.

Please note this role is inside IR35 and requires 1 day onsite per week.

THE ROLE

The Project Manager for the SuccessFactors Implementation will be responsible for:

• Leading the project to implement SuccessFactors during the transformation process.
• Harmonizing policies, standardizing processes, and implementing supporting technology to align with the future operating model.
• Developing and executing a transformation plan aligned with broader business objectives.
• Driving change management initiatives to support adoption of new systems, processes, and operating models.
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring successful adoption of new systems and processes.
• Collaborating with C-Suite stakeholders to embed system, policy, and process changes.

YOU

The ideal Project Manager will have experience in:

• Leading HR technology projects, such as SuccessFactors or similar platforms.
• Managing projects in immature change environments with successful adoption.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.
• Experience working with C-Suite stakeholders on HR-related projects.
• Experience in the Utilities sector is desirable but not essential.
