A leading engineering contractor is seeking an experienced Steel Project Manager to take full ownership of the structural steel delivery on a major civil engineering scheme. This is a key leadership role overseeing the planning, coordination and execution of both primary and secondary steelwork, ensuring all structural elements are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest technical standards.
As Steel Project Manager, you will be accountable for the end‑to‑end delivery of the steelwork scope – from early design coordination and procurement through to fabrication, erection and final installation. You will work closely with engineering, design, commercial and site delivery teams, providing clear direction to subcontractors and ensuring seamless integration of steelwork within the wider project programme.
This role suits a technically strong, organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast‑paced infrastructure environment and can bring structure, clarity and leadership to complex steel packages.
