Description and requirements

We are looking for a Project Manager – Network Solutions to join our building services team in London.

This role involves managing the design, implementation, and construction of integrated network infrastructure, access control, CCTV, audio visual, fibre optic, satellite, PMS, and telecom packages on various projects. Responsibilities include procurement, installation, commissioning, compliance testing, and final handover, ensuring projects are delivered within budget and schedule to client satisfaction.

You’ll:

• Represent the company at meetings, promote the company's image, and ensure staff responsibilities are understood.
• Add value to the design process by challenging solutions, methods, and techniques to improve buildability, reduce costs, and deliver within the contract schedule.
• Ensure all design solutions from designers and subcontractors comply with project documentation and budget strategies.
• Manage trade contractors, including producing working drawings, procurement, and onsite performance.
• Maintain good communication within the project team and provide regular performance reports.

We are looking for:

• Experience with installation and integration of structured cabling systems, with knowledge of material specifications and industry practices.
• Solid understanding of IP CCTV systems.
• Knowledge of telecommunications solutions.
• Experience in forecasting and managing project budgets.
• Experience with performance testing and commissioning.

Security Clearance

This role requires Cabinet Office security clearance. Candidates must meet residency requirements of 5 years for SC or 10 years for DV clearance. Dual or multiple nationalities must be declared. Candidates should be willing and able to obtain and maintain the necessary security clearance.
