Une entreprise de recrutement leader recherche un Project Manager pour le programme de modernisation des réseaux d'une grande institution bancaire. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience significative dans la gestion de projets de transformation, notamment dans le secteur financier, et sera responsable de la livraison d'excellents résultats pour les clients tout en gérant des équipes pluriculturelles. Ce rôle hybride nécessite au moins 8 jours sur site par mois et offre un tarif journalier compétitif.
Project Manager – (EUI Network Modernisation Programme) / Transformation – Banking Client
Rate : £600 – £800 per day Inside or IR35
Hybrid: 8 days onsite per month
Role Description:
Client Delivery
Market Engagement
Own client engagement planning and co-ordination of activities with IT, Product and Commercial.
Define content plan and key external deliverables for clients.
Representing the Project Team to external clients in relation to project roadmaps, controls and readiness planning.
Oversee Network Service Provider engagement, define and track delivery plans and ongoing activity co-ordination in preparation for testing and migration.
Target Operating Model Implementation
Advise and support client delivery function design and supporting process.
Oversight of TOM design and implementation process, roadmap and tracking within e2e plan.
Project Management & Governance
Ensure appropriate governance in line with the client delivery journey, appropriate stage gate management and working groups to oversee activity and progress.
ESA IT delivery oversight and alignment across the end-to-end plan.
Ensure appropriate management of financials, resources, key risks, issues and dependencies.
Own end-to-end plan, track regular activity, provide escalation path and manage change control as required.
Manage BoE non-objection submission process and co-ordination of material preparation.
Stakeholder Management
Build long term relationships with business leaders, stakeholders, colleagues across EUI, ESA and EUI’s regulator.
Can interact with stakeholders of all levels across the Group on programme/project budget, scope, timing, resourcing and prioritisation on both technical and commercial subjects.
Develops and maintains a positive, highly collaborative, and effective working relationship with Group counterparts.
