Job summary

Tulloch Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Site Supervisor to support multiple live projects in the Aberdeen area. The role requires hands-on leadership on construction sites with a focus on safety, quality, and programme delivery.

The ideal candidate has experience in structural steelwork, cladding, and industrial/commercial construction, along with strong organisational and communication skills and a valid UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise live construction sites and ensure safety compliance.
• Monitor health & safety and site compliance on all live projects.
• Coordinate labour, plant and materials across sites.
• Assist with procurement and programme management.
• Monitor workmanship and quality control on site.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors and site teams.
• Report progress and address site issues promptly.
• Assist with cost control and variations as required.
