Our client is a leading company in the commercial refurbishment and fit-out sector, specializing in transforming workspaces to enhance collaboration, well-being, and sustainability. They offer services such as workplace consultancy, space planning, interior design, and project management. With offices in London and the South of England, they serve a diverse range of clients from startups to large corporations across various sectors. Your Main Duties Will Be As Follows

Our client has secured a mini framework with a blue-chip client, necessitating the recruitment of an experienced Project Manager with extensive trad fit-out project experience. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with the end client's consulting team, including project management, cost consultancy, architects, and technical consultants, to deliver projects ranging from £1m to £10m on time, within budget, and to specifications.

• Manage all phases of office fit-out projects (CAT A & B), from concept to completion.
• Liaise with clients, external client teams, and contractors.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Monitor progress and address issues or risks proactively.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, health & safety standards, and sustainability requirements (e.g., BREEAM, SKA).
• Maintain professional communication with stakeholders.
• Drive quality assurance to uphold standards.

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial refurb and fit-out projects on traditional forms of contract.
• Strong understanding of office design, M&E coordination, and building compliance.
• Excellent management, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with industry-standard project management tools and methodologies.
• Degree or certification in Construction Management, Project Management, or related fields (PMP, PRINCE2 preferred).
• Knowledge of sustainability frameworks (e.g., BREEAM, SKA) is desirable.
• Certifications such as CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid, Fire Marshall, and Asbestos Awareness are essential.
