• Supporting the project lead in managing design and construction phases of multi-site projects.
• Engaging with stakeholders including property services, designers, contractors, FM, and security consultants.
• Leading the coordination of customer fit-out designs in accordance with client guidelines and constraints.
• Delivering projects, commissions, and professional assignments.
• Setting objectives and priorities proactively as a team player.
• Ensuring effective communication and financial control across projects.
• Assisting with commercial management services.
• Completing work outputs accurately and punctually.
• Supporting cost management efforts.
• Representing the company professionally, building strong client relationships through meetings and negotiations.

• Technical delivery experience in the construction industry.
