Edwards Vacuum is seeking a Project Manager for Semiconductor Service NPI to drive service deliverables across NPI projects, align with equipment roadmaps, and ensure robust cost/resource governance.
You will own NPI dashboards, manage resource forecasts, coordinate governance forums, and mitigate risks within a hybrid working model based at Burgess Hill or at our Korea sites.
Bring your curiosity to work as our next Project Manager - Semiconductor Service NPI. You will be part of our Semiconductor Service Engineering team reporting to the Head of Design for Service and NPI - Field Service Programmes . In this role, your mission is to deliver effective project management of Service deliverables within NPI projects, ensuring alignment to equipment roadmaps, accurate tracking of cost and resource utilisation, and clear visibility of business case performance across IOs. The NPI Project Manager ensures that Service readiness is delivered on time, within budget, and with robust data-driven governance. You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site. We are open to this role being based at either our Global Technology Centre, Burgess Hill, UK or at our sites in Korea.
