Reporting to the Senior Program Manager and with a clear progression path, this role is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of multi-site, Research, Study and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring that the project delivers the expected outcomes. Often managing multiple projects simultaneously, you will take ownership of project delivery, defining and maintaining robust project delivery plans that include scope, schedule, resources, dependencies, and associated costs, aligned to the agreed governance standards. In addition to this, you will manage all changes, risks and issues to ensure delivery within the agreed boundaries of specification, quality, time and cost.
We are looking for someone with commercial acumen and a strong delivery mindset, who can influence at all levels, build trusted relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and clearly communicate complex technical or business topics in a simple, structured way. You are comfortable working to tight deadlines, maintaining focus and momentum while balancing competing priorities.
