Job summary

Starting Point Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee security and fire systems projects in London and surrounding suburbs. You will manage full project lifecycles from planning through handover, coordinating clients, suppliers and contractors, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in Fire & Security, proven ability to juggle budgets and teams, and knowledge of CCTV, access control and fire alarm systems.

Qualifications

• Strong background in project management within the Fire & Security industry.
• Experience managing multiple projects, budgets, and teams.
• Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarms, and industry regulations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Industry certifications (FIA, NSI, LPCB, C&G) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial planning to final client handover.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
• Lead meetings with clients, suppliers, and contractors to align project goals.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining smooth workflow.
• Provide technical expertise and hands-on support when required.
• Maintain strong client relationships and drive continuous improvement.
