HS2 Ltd in London is seeking a Project Manager with Buildings, Fit Out and M&E experience to manage the Supplier contract within the Integrated Project Team, delivering scope to budget, time and quality.
You will work with HS2 and supply chain partners, oversee programme schedules, monitor performance, and ensure effective risk management and CDM compliance.
The role requires collaborative leadership and a proactive approach to delivering HS2's ambitious rail project.

Salary: c£ £71,000pa to £83,000 pa (inclusive of a flexible benefits fund of 20%) depending on skills and experience as well as a range of competitive benefits - check them out in the Benefits section on our website.

We are looking for a Project Manager who has a Buildings, Fit Out and M&E background. This role is responsible for managing the Supplier contract on behalf of the Project Client and Senior Project Managers, working effectively and collaboratively with HS2 and Supply Chain resource in the Integrated Project Team (IPT) to fulfil clearly defined HS2 accountabilities which enable efficient delivery of assigned scope of the Integrated Project Team (IPT) to agreed budget, time and quality parameters.
