Job Title: Sales & Marketing – Project Manager

Contract: 12 Months/Hybrid 2 days onsite

Job Description

SRG is seeking a sales and marketing project manager for a multinational consumer goods and personal care corporation that primarily produces paper-based consumer products. This role involves supporting and driving key projects within the marketing team, focusing on innovation pipelines, operational management, and achieving world-class GTM excellence.

Responsibilities

1. Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing projects, from brief to delivery.
2. Develop and maintain project timelines and resource plans.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, consumer engagement, performance marketing, supply chain, and customer service.
4. Track project performance and report on key milestones and KPIs.
5. Identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
6. Ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing deliverables.
7. Coordinate initiatives with interdependencies, ensuring effective communication and prioritization across brands.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Experience in FMCG marketing.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience, including at least 3 years in marketing or innovation with a proven project management track record.
3. Strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills.
4. Excellent presentation skills and fluency in English.
5. Proven project management skills, with demonstrated leadership and influence across multifunctional teams.
6. Track record of delivering business results and making impactful contributions.
7. Accountability and a drive to exceed expectations.
8. Ability to build trust with multiple stakeholders.
9. Resilience and ability to work under pressure with competing priorities.
