Job Title: Sales & Marketing – Project Manager

Contract: 12 Months/Hybrid 2 days onsite

Job Description

SRG is seeking a sales and marketing project manager for a multinational consumer goods and personal care corporation specializing in paper-based consumer products. The role involves supporting and driving key projects within the marketing team, focusing on innovation pipelines, operational management, and achieving world-class GTM excellence.

Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end execution of marketing projects, from brief to delivery.
2. Develop and maintain project timelines and resource plans.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, consumer engagement, performance marketing, supply chain, and customer service.
4. Track project performance and report on key milestones and KPIs.
5. Identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
6. Ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing deliverables.
7. Coordinate initiatives with interdependencies, communicate effectively, and prioritize projects across brands.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Experience in FMCG marketing.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience, including at least 3 years in marketing or innovation with proven project management success.
3. Strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills.
4. Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
5. Proven project management skills with leadership and influence over multi-functional teams.
6. Track record of delivering business results and making impactful contributions.
7. Accountability, high expectations, and a strong desire to exceed them.
8. Ability to build trust with stakeholders.
