Job Title: Sales & Marketing – Project Manager

Contract: 12 Months/Hybrid 2 days onsite

SRG is seeking a sales and marketing project manager for a multinational consumer goods and personal care corporation that produces primarily paper-based consumer products. The role involves supporting and driving key projects within the marketing team, focusing on innovation pipelines, operational management, and GTM excellence.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end execution of marketing projects, from brief to delivery
• Develop and maintain project timelines and resource plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, consumer engagement, performance marketing, supply chain, and customer service
• Track project performance and report on key milestones and KPIs
• Identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing deliverables
• Coordinate initiatives with interdependencies, communicate effectively, and prioritize projects across brands

Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in FMCG marketing
• 5+ years of experience, with at least 3 years in marketing or innovation, demonstrating successful project management
• Strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills
• Excellent presentation skills and clear communication in English
• Proven project management skills with leadership and influence over multi-functional teams
• Track record of achieving business results and making impactful contributions
• Accountability and exceeding expectations
• Ability to build trust with stakeholders
