Job Title: Sales & Marketing – Project Manager

Contract: 12 Months/Hybrid 2 days onsite

Job Description

SRG is seeking a sales and marketing project manager for a multinational consumer goods and personal care corporation that produces primarily paper-based consumer products. The role involves supporting and driving key projects within the marketing team, focusing on innovation pipelines, operational management, and world-class GTM excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of marketing projects, from brief to delivery
• Develop and maintain project timelines and resource plans
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, consumer engagement, performance marketing, supply chain, and customer service
• Track project performance and report on key milestones and KPIs
• Identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track
• Ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing deliverables
• Coordinate initiatives with interdependencies, ensuring alignment to drive efficiency and prioritization across brands

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in FMCG marketing
• At least 5 years of experience, including a minimum of 3 years in marketing or innovation, with a proven track record in project management
• Strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in English
• Proven project management skills, demonstrating leadership and influence in cross-functional teams
• History of delivering business results and making impactful contributions in previous roles
