Job Title: Sales & Marketing – Project Manager

Job Description
SRG is seeking a sales and marketing project manager for a multinational consumer goods and personal care corporation that produces primarily paper-based consumer products. The role involves supporting and leading key projects within the marketing team, focusing on innovation pipelines, operational management, and achieving world-class GTM excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of marketing projects, from brief to delivery.
- Develop and maintain project timelines and resource plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, consumer engagement, performance marketing, supply chain, and customer service.
- Track project performance and report on key milestones and KPIs.
- Identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality across all marketing deliverables.
- Coordinate initiatives with interdependencies, communicate effectively, and prioritize projects across brands.
Experience and Qualifications
- Experience in FMCG marketing.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience, including at least 3 years in marketing or innovation with proven project management success.
- Strong numerical and verbal reasoning skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in English.
- Proven project management skills, demonstrating leadership and influence over cross-functional teams.
- Track record of delivering business results and making impactful decisions.
- Accountability, high standards, and exceeding expectations.
- Ability to build trust with stakeholders.
- Resilient, able to work under pressure with competing priorities.
