Job description

Project Manager - Rest of world client base

Location: London, Hybrid (3 days a week in office)

Start Date: Immediate [OPEN]

About us

Navigator is a specialist growth consultancy working with luxury hospitality, travel and lifestyle brands. We help clients define the stories that matter, build strategies around them and create the systems needed to drive long-term growth. As AI transforms the marketing industry, Navigator is evolving from a traditional agency into a human-led, AI-enabled growth partner. We believe the future lies not in producing more content, but in helping brands make better decisions, tell better stories and grow more effectively.

About the role

Responsible for the efficient day-to-day planning, coordination, and delivery of projects and retainers across Navigator’s client portfolio – in line with agreed scopes and timelines – this role collaborates closely with the Delivery Lead, Operations, Client Engagement, and practice teams.

In addition to supporting the Client Engagement team on key accounts across retained marketing scopes and standalone projects, the position involves client-facing written and spoken communication without direct ownership of the client relationship.

Navigator operates with clear accountability across three functions: Client Engagement owns the client relationship and commercial scope, project management owns the planning and execution of client work, and Operations owns the process, systems and infrastructure that support delivery.

Working at Navigator has taken me places I never expected — from Barbados to beyond. But it’s the team that keeps me here: supportive, encouraging, and always pushing me to grow.
