Fawkes & Reece Group is seeking a proactive New Build Project Manager to oversee a residential project from pre-construction to handover. You will manage the programme, budget, quality, and safety, coordinating architects, engineers, contractors and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.

The role requires independent ownership from start to finish, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and managing risks.

Responsabilités

• Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the new-build project.
• Manage the project programme, budget, quality and health & safety requirements.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors and other professional consultants.
• Manage procurement, contractor appointments and material lead times.
• Monitor progress against programme and provide regular project updates.
• Identify and resolve construction issues, delays and risks.
• Ensure works are delivered to the required specification, quality and regulatory standards.
• Manage variations, costs and commercial decisions throughout the project.
• Conduct regular site meetings and coordinate project stakeholders.
• Oversee snagging, practical completion, certification and final handover.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure all relevant compliance requirements are met.

New Build Project Manager to oversee and deliver a residential new-build project from pre-construction through to completion and handover.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive, commercially minded Project Manager with strong experience in managing new-build construction projects and coordinating contractors, consultants, suppliers and site teams.

Key Responsibilities
