Job description

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading financial services organisation seeking a dynamic Regulatory Change Project Manager to join their transformation programme team.

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering regulatory change programmes within complex, regulated environments? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting, working with cross-functional teams to drive critical compliance initiatives forward?

The role.

As the Regulatory Change Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage complex regulatory change and remediation programmes across business units.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and governance standards.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk assessments.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including legal, compliance, operations, and IT.
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure lessons learned are documented and applied.
About you.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in project management within the financial services or other highly regulated industries.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks, change delivery, and risk-based approaches.
  • Experience managing end-to-end remediation projects and regulatory compliance initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Comfortable working in agile, hybrid, and traditional project delivery environments.
  • Project Management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile (desirable).
