A leading financial services company is seeking an Infrastructure Project Manager for a six-month contract. This role involves managing the delivery of technology infrastructure projects within the real estate portfolio, collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution while complying with governance frameworks.
Location: Sheffield - 3 times per week in the office
Salary/Rate: Up to £400 per day INSIDE IR35

We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading financial services clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Infrastructure Project Manager to join their team for a six-month contract.
The CTO Real Estate Portfolio delivers technology infrastructure to support changes across the client’s real estate portfolio. This includes new building delivery, refurbishments, expansion, consolidation, and building exits; with further support of technology upgrades to systems such as Protective Security.
Responsibilities include end-to-end accountability for project delivery and handover into BAU support, working closely with Technology, Real Estate Services, and third-party providers to meet programme deadlines, building strong stakeholder relationships, maintaining the CTO Programme Schedule, managing risks and issues, ensuring projects stay within budget, complying with governance frameworks, and keeping stakeholders informed.
The ideal candidate will be a confident IT Infrastructure Project Manager with experience delivering multiple Real Estate or Data Centre projects, understanding of RIBA design and construction processes, management of third-party Telco Circuit delivery, ability to coordinate multiple projects, experience with Waterfall and Agile frameworks, financial literacy, familiarity with governance in regulated industries, and excellent communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
