We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading financial services clients! They are currently looking for a skilled Infrastructure Project Manager to join their team for a six-month contract.
Job Responsibilities/Objectives
The CTO Real Estate Portfolio delivers technology infrastructure to support changes across the client’s real estate portfolio. This includes new building delivery, refurbishments, expansion, consolidation, and building exits, along with technology upgrades to systems supporting that estate such as Protective Security.
Have end-to-end accountability for all aspects of project delivery and handover into BAU support.
Work closely with teams across Technology, Real Estate Services, and third-party providers to deliver technology outcomes aligned with programme deadlines.
Build strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders, including executive level, to support project delivery.
Own and maintain the CTO Programme Schedule, monitor dependencies, and escalate blocked tasks appropriately.
Identify, capture, and manage risks and issues, and develop action plans.
Manage projects within budget and complete monthly forecasts accurately.
Comply with Change Delivery Framework and complete governance documentation.
Keep stakeholders and boards informed of project status and escalate issues timely.
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager delivering multiple Real Estate or Data Centre projects.
Understanding of RIBA design and construction processes and integration of technology deliverables.
Experience managing third-party Telco Circuit delivery, including Wayleave processes.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
Experience with Waterfall and Agile frameworks for infrastructure projects.
Financial literacy to analyze data and provide insights.
Experience managing projects within structured governance frameworks in regulated industries.
Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of articulating complex issues to senior stakeholders and teams.
