Job summary

PE Global International in Peterborough is recruiting a Project Manager for a leading multinational industrial machinery manufacturer. This is a 12-month contract position with rate of pay up to £30.63 per hour PAYE / £41.57 per hour umbrella (inside IR35).

The role requires a degree or 3–5 years’ PM experience, with strong skills in MS Project, stakeholder reporting, risk management, and team leadership to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• A degree or 3-5 years of related PM experience required.
• Experience with project charters, scheduling and planning.
• Leadership in the development and updates of PM schedules.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to influence others.
• Strong PM, team leadership, communication, multitasking, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce project schedules using MS Project.
• Manage portfolio of projects and monitor progress.
• Provide regular stakeholder reporting.
• Manage project/program budgets and resources.
• Maintain risk registers, issues, scope changes and cost tracking.
• Attend meetings with partners.
