An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join a leading investment management firm in London on an initial 6 month contract, driving the transformation of their pension proposition and operating model.You'll lead the delivery of multiple workstreams within a high-impact programme, working closely with Business Analysts, SMEs, and senior stakeholders (up to C-suite) to shape the future capabilities of the pensions function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of a pensions transformation programme.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BA, IT, ops, and compliance.
• Develop governance structures, mitigate risks, and deliver regular reporting.
• Champion improvements in system admin, benefit calculations and payment processes.

Skillset and Requirements:

• Proven experience managing complex pension projects across CARE, DC & DB schemes.
• Strong knowledge of pension investment strategies, benefit structures, and admin systems.
• Confidence engaging senior stakeholders and navigating complex environments.
• A flexible, organised approach with strong communication and leadership skills.
