Product Manager – Pensions (NUTMEG)

Job in a Nutshell:

We are seeking a passionate Product Manager to support the design and implementation of a refreshed pension proposition. The role includes integrating an upgraded platform with internal and external applications and enhancing the Nutmeg customer experience. The candidate will support transforming our pensions business to align with strategic goals and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Roadmap Development: Develop and deliver a comprehensive roadmap for our pensions product, aligning with business objectives and customer needs, incorporating best-in-class features and online journeys.
  2. Product Development Excellence: Drive innovation in product design, including digital drawdown journeys and retirement options, while maintaining compliance and control standards.
  3. Team Collaboration: Collaborate across departments to ensure strategic alignment in product development.
  4. Agile Methodology: Participate in agile practices such as daily stand-ups, planning, and retrospectives within an iterative discovery and delivery process.
  5. Cross-Departmental Coordination: Act as a liaison, translating ideas into actionable plans across teams.

Your Skills:

  1. Subject Matter Expertise: Become a key expert in pensions products, taking responsibility for delivery and visibility within the company.
  2. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  3. Product Management Experience: Relevant experience in the pensions domain, especially in defined contribution direct-to-consumer pensions.
