Project Manager – Oracle EPM / Financial Planning

Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract: 6 Months
Start Date: Immediate

Role Overview

A Project Manager is required to lead the implementation of Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) financial planning modules. The role involves managing project timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Oracle EPM financial planning module implementation.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Provide regular progress updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with project governance and best practices.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Finance or Technology projects.
  • Proven experience managing Oracle EPM or financial planning module implementations.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning and reporting processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have:
  • Previous experience in the insurance or financial services sector.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and system integrators.
