Senior Project Manager (Oracle Cloud & HCM) UK-BASED

Job Purpose:

Deliver high standards of programmes and projects on time and within budget. Ensure all clients become positive references post-implementation. Oversee projects delivered by colleagues, acting as a senior reviewer and championing standards and best practices.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Project planning & leadership: Lead a team of Oracle Solution Architects, Consultants, and Testers; develop and manage delivery plans.
• Methodology: Follow and contribute to the methodology and business operating model.
• Stakeholder management: Interact with and influence client project teams.
• Workshops & meetings: Lead client-facing workshops and meetings.
• Documentation & deliverables: Create and oversee project plans, reports, and documentation.
• Commercial: Manage project budgets and forecasts.
• Quality management: Ensure quality standards are met and improved.
• Risk Management: Manage risks and issues, proposing mitigations.
• Knowledge sharing: Share knowledge and contribute to professional communities.
• Sales/Business Development: Identify opportunities for additional services and contribute to sales activities.
• Practice Development: Drive innovation and capability development.
• Line Management: Manage and mentor team members as required.

Person Specification - Knowledge / Experience / Skills / Qualities:
