Barts Health is seeking a project manager to lead the implementation of a single point of access for patients referred to Barts Health, a key initiative within the ODNs.

The post holder will oversee the programme related to a single point of access for patients referred for Urology and Gynae services, reporting to the Group Director and Operational Delivery Board.

Main duties of the job

The Project Manager will be required to:

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across partner organizations to plan, test, and implement new workflows, supporting improvements within the BH group.
  • Establish, manage, and execute projects in coordination with the programme team and hospital staff.
  • Facilitate working relationships among partner organizations.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans with stakeholders, including external partners.
  • Oversee project setup, execution, and reporting.
  • Measure impact, track benefits, and report to the ODN.
  • Engage and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Evaluate projects to ensure outcomes and support sustainability, expansion, and scaling activities.
  • Assist in developing business cases by providing evidence for interventions to support programme growth.

Key Relationships

Involves collaboration with the programme team, including the Group Director, colleagues from the BH group, academic partners, and other stakeholders across primary, community care, and public health.
