Job summary

RGB Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager to lead capital delivery in Exeter for a client investing heavily in infrastructure. The role covers feasibility through to handover, with a £50k–£60k salary and a strong emphasis on safety, governance and commercial performance.

You will collaborate with designers, contractors and senior client representatives to drive projects from concept through procurement, construction and commissioning, ensuring robust pre-construction planning.

Qualifications

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to play a key role in delivering critical infrastructure projects that improve services, communities and the environment?

Our client is a major asset owner investing significantly in its capital programme and is seeking a driven Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of engineering and infrastructure projects from concept through to completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has developed their career within a contracting environment and has subsequently moved into consultancy, client-side delivery or programme management. Candidates with strong pre-construction experience will be highly regarded.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for leading projects through the full project lifecycle, managing scope, cost, schedule, risk and stakeholder engagement whilst ensuring the highest standards of safety, governance and commercial performance.

Working closely with designers, contractors, operational stakeholders and senior client representatives, you’ll ensure projects move successfully from feasibility and design through procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
