SES Engineering Services are seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to join the North East team to support technically complex Mechanical and Electrical projects across Scotland. The role focuses on visible leadership, steering the safe and profitable delivery of schemes while delivering excellent customer satisfaction and developing a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team mentorship experience preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver complex MEP projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical services engineering from pre-construction to completion, including design and procurement.
• Oversee full MEP on-site activities focusing on safety, quality, programme and budget; coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship to the MEP team and ensure integration with wider construction activities.

What you'll be doing:

• Our Project Managers are a valuable part of our business, the focus of this role will be to provide visible leadership, insight, direction and foresight in the safe and profitable delivery of schemes, while also providing excellent customer satisfaction and successfully developing a team.
• As our Project Manager you will:
• Lead the electrical services engineering elements from pre-construction to project completion. This will include design and procurement
• Lead the full MEP works on site in terms of safety, quality, programme and budget. This will involve liaising with internal and external stakeholders to the project.
• Lead the overall MEP team, providing mentorship and leadership throughout, ensuring correct integration with the wider construction team.
