Job summary

NMS Recruit Ltd t/a Russell Taylor Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a range of commercial and industrial new-build schemes in Greater Manchester. You will oversee projects from inception through to completion, ensuring programmes are met and quality standards are delivered.

You will plan and coordinate labour, subcontractors, design meetings, and approvals, with a strong focus on design involvement and heritage/conversion experience where applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of project delivery from design through handover.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from inception to completion and handover, ensuring programmes and budget controls.
• Coordinate labour and subcontractors to meet time schedules and quality standards.
• Lead design meetings and ensure design progression aligns with the programme.
• Maintain strong client relations and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
