What you’ll be doing:

• Responsible for the successful implementation of RELEX software and defining project strategies.
• Act as the first escalation point in projects, ensuring KPIs, timelines, and budgets are met.
• Maintain smooth communication with stakeholders and keep them informed about project progress.
• Handle invoicing and ticket processing in a timely and organized manner.
• Support pre-sales activities by providing insights into project plans, strategies, and resource planning.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• At least 1 year of experience in project management and leading software implementations.
• Experience in stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of change management, with persuasive skills in this area.
• Ideally, understanding of SCM, Manufacturing, and Pricing & Promotions systems from both business and IT perspectives.
• Strong leadership skills and excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Fluency in English; additional languages like German and/or Polish are a plus.
