Office and site based, commutable from Bristol, Gloucester, Swindon, Weston, Bath, Yate, and the surrounding areas.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of high-value mechanical engineering projects, using your expertise to drive project delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate cross-functional teams, while refining your leadership skills in a supportive and technically progressive environment. With continuous support from the business, you will have the autonomy to shape departmental processes, build and strengthen client and supplier relationships, and oversee the execution of mechanical projects.

The company specialises in providing comprehensive Mechanical, Electrical, and Renewable Energy solutions, encompassing design, installation, and maintenance services. Their expertise supports the delivery of complex projects, including listed, heritage, and special-purpose developments throughout Bristol and the South of England.

The role involves leading mechanical engineering projects from conception through completion, overseeing cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution. This includes collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering comprehensive documentation and reports at key project milestones. The position also involves strategic planning for future initiatives and proactive monitoring of current project progress to ensure alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
