Our client requires a Project Manager to join the executive team to manage and progress a new and on-going merger of a small tech business that will fill a gap in the client's Product portfolio and eventually become a Global Product offering for the business. This team specifically work with newly acquired companies through M&A to integrate them into the broader business.
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager (3-5 years exp) for an initial commit of six months but likely for up to and potentially beyond 1 year to support the aforementioned integration of a new acquisition. We require someone that's got exp working on M&A integrations.
An additional consideration is around the importance of Change Management in the process of M&A Integrations. So candidates with that additional skillset / exp would be a bonus.
Key skills include;
• Must have worked on at least one large Integration previously
• Standard Project Management duties; ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to pick up project's already in flight
• Ability to learn clients way of working and their processes
• Co-ordination of daily tasks and stand ups
Exp in MS ProjectOnline would be beneficial.
This will be a London based role, working between 2 - 3 days from London HQ in the shard alongside the Director and VP of M&A.
This person must have excellent stakeholder management skills and interpersonal skills.
