Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking Project Managers with Life Sciences experience to join our Life Science Real Estate team. You will deliver high-quality project and programme management services to a market-leading client base and lead on immediate commissions and large-scale public health projects.

The role offers a dynamic environment where you will plan resources, manage risks, and drive projects to on-time, on-budget delivery using NEC-based frameworks and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Project management or Construction Management preferred.
• NEC accredited Project Manager preferred.
• Member of a chartered institute e.g., RICS or happy to work towards.
• Good knowledge of MMC, Net Zero Carbon and Digital agenda in construction.
• Familiar with project lifecycle and business case approvals process.
• Experience in large scale public health and life sciences projects (5 years).
• Experience in master planning/estate development and capital project planning for business cases (desirable).
• Experience of NEC contract administration (desirable).

We are looking for Project Managers who have experience in the Life Sciences sector to join our Life Science Real Estate team. You will be responsible for delivering high quality project and programme management services to our market leading client base. You will also have the opportunity to take the lead on immediate commissions and work on large scale public health and life sciences projects. • Detailed experience of NEC contract administration (desirable)
