Interested in taking on a high-profile role that will drive improved outcomes and make a difference to the delivery of patient care across Scotland? Have a passion for delivering projects that could help address the big challenges facing NHS Scotland?

This role will offer the post holder with a unique opportunity to project manage national innovation projects as part of the Accelerated National Innovation Adoption (ANIA) Pathway. The post holder will be comfortable working in close collaboration with a wide range of key partners and stakeholders, including those across national and territorial boards, they will be able to apply strong project management skills and be able to communicate a clear vision for change on a Once for Scotland basis.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills effectively used to secure clinical and operational engagement and drive safe, effective and person-centred improvements in care. They will exhibit a demonstrable in-depth understanding of project management and improvement methodologies, with recognised expertise in practical application. The ability to work within a political context, a fast-paced environment, managing deadlines and being responsive to changing priorities is essential.
