The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to secure clinical and operational engagement, and to promote safe, effective, and person-centered care. They should possess in-depth knowledge of project management and improvement methodologies, with recognized expertise in their practical application. The ability to work within a political and fast-paced environment, managing deadlines and adapting to changing priorities, is essential.
